“So far I have only had an initial intake appointment but the office was great at getting me in ASAP to the location with the earliest availability with the understanding that future visits could be scheduled at one of their more convenient to me locations. They let me know the initial paperwork takes 45 minutes but after I was scheduled I was able to print and complete the paperwork from home so my wait time at the office was minimal. The front desk ladies were wonderful and supportive of each other (one gal was having her computer updated and the others made sure she could access what she needed until it was done). The medical assistant was patient, thorough and kind. The doctor was already well read on my situation (thank you PCP for sending a thoroughly written referral) and my visit was exactly what I expected. I know my plan of care and what to expect moving forward. I felt listened to and understood. I look forward to working with this doctor and clinic until I am well again.”
