They are the most professional doctors office I have ever been to from top to bottom. The doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants and the office staff is all old school. They treat everyone with respect and kindness on every visit and every phone call. They still believe in the patients come first, and treat us like human beings not cattle like many practices do. I have been so happy working with Brandi for my pain care needs as she listens to what I had to say about my care then she showed me what would be best for me, then put it in play and ever since I am living life so much fuller and happier because she has me almost pain FREE!!! “I have previously left rave reviews on their Plum Creek Surgery Center Google reviews. Unfortunately today, I cannot do that. It was my first time meeting FNP Brandi Juarez and was not at all comfortable. I did not feel heard or understood. Additionally, she kept insisting on a treatment that I had several questions about and she was unable to answer them with any degree of clarity and only offered a seminar at a date that has not yet been determined. She also did not fill my medications appropriately and nothing can be done about it until Monday and today is Friday. I did call the office at 4:45 pm to make sure there wasnt going to be a problem and I was assured thats my Rx's were being processed. There are no after hours call back for patients and was only referred to the ER. It's just amazing to me that a educated practitioner cannot factor in the correct number of calender days in every month, August had 31. I usually see Dr Hynes for whom I cannot say enough good things about. I am profoundly disappointed and now greatly upset over my poor treatment today despite my best efforts to avoid this EXACT situation. Interestingly, I had already felt so negatively about my appointment today that canceled my future appointment with Ms Juarez even before this debacle, and elected to go with another provider that I will have to go to Kyle to see.”
