At a patients most painful time they say the changed systems in September, it is now mid October, they say the referral that was sent from the orthopedic Dr. was not received, even though the ortho received a confirmation, and that I would need to have it resent and once they receive it it could take up to nine days to verify insurance and them call me to schedule an appointment. Mean time in debilitating pain and unable to walk. Please don't use this place. They also don't answer the phone and say with their new system they don't always receive the calls. This is no way to treat patients in severe pain. Call anyone else.”
