“I can't remember the first time I met Dr. Javery. He was energetic and made me feel confident in his ability to help me with my old surgical lower back. After an accident, he helped my over the top headaches that were a constant. I put my trust where it counted. His nurses are incredible. Thx”

“This place has gone down hill. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, and I had finally had enough. I had an appointment on July 14th 2025, my appointment was at 3:00 p.m. and I waited until 4:24. An hour and a half. As if my time wasn't valuable. When I got checked in, the nurse asked me if I had been giving the weaning paperwork. I had told him no. But at this point two months prior I went to get a refill for my pain med, and they immediately cut my prescription in half and told me I had a month to get off of it. My medication that is an opioid that I have been on for almost 14 years. When I told the nurse this he said oh so you were giving it, and I had told him no I never received a letter. After reading this letter, stating that they will not leave their patience high and dry, they would not just cut them off, but they would work with each and every person tailored to their needs, to help them properly get off this medication. All lies! How do you go from giving somebody 85 pills a month, for YEARS, to all of the sudden without any warning, any plan in place, 45 pills and then tell them that is it you're done? At this point I was very upset. Because not only was the nurse not listening to me but the typed up paper that they had given me was 2 months too late and they did nothing to help me get off this medication properly. I waited at this appointment for an hour and a half and I finally walked out. I asked how much longer he was going to be and the lady looked at me like I was bothering her, and she said you're next he'll be in there in a couple minutes. 20 minutes went by before I walk out and said I'm done with this place for good. I was a patient for 12 years. And I had never formally met Dr javery. He did do my last three injections but I have never sat down and had a face to face talk with him about what's going to be done for my care. I had to demand an appointment. The first time ever having an actual appointment with him, my time wasn't valuable enough and I sat for an hour and a half. I don't know what's happened to this place, but ever since it switched from being known as Javery to now GR pain, they're absolutely trash. They will do procedures and they will offer surgeries but when it comes to addressing a patient's issues and coming up with a care plan, they don't care.”
