I have a chronic pain condition, making pain management the most important type of doctor in my life, and I have many doctors. Most pain specialist just throw more meds at me, discourage any questions I have about promising new treatments, and send me out the door. Katie is a completely different story. Her treatments haven't revolutionized my condition yet, likely because I haven't been here long, but I have been so appreciative of her willingness to try new things. On top of that, she charges significantly less than other doctors do for some of these cutting-edge treatments, simply so they are accessible to her patients when a given procedure isn't covered by insurance. Since the advent of my health condition ended my career, that made all the difference in the world for me. Everyone who works here is so kind, and Katie is an extremely competent professional.
