“Similar to other reviews, Alayna Emmerling and nurses are petty, have high school behavior, bad attitudes, and aren't personable. Dr. Baca is personable and attentive, Joy Tolman is nice, and the receptionists are kind. Update: I wrote a negative review a couple months ago about PA Alayna Emmerling, her nurse, and nurse Myka. (And my opinion stands on those 3) Afterwards MD Kirsten Baca spoke with me personally regarding my experience. MD Kirsten Baca has always been kind, and takes the time to make sure my procedures get the best results as possible. She also took the time to listen to my experience and apologized for my negative experiences with other providers in the clinic.”

“Office stuff is sub par at best. Can't schedule correct services/appointments. Also very slow to respond to messages. No info given on post procedure expectations or care by the nurses. Patients shouldn't be expected to pry info out of staff. It should be the standard to give that info. I shouldn't have to Google after care for procedures to try and guess what's best practices.”

“Went for the first time. We were running late because of construction and I live an hour away. I called to let them know I would be a few minutes late because ofthe construction being done around them,they said ok. I was there 15 min late. They said they would not see me. Then I find out today they lied to my regular dr. Said I was 30 min late!! That I didn't want to do the p. Test!!! I did!! You guys are terrible!!! Im so glad it didn't work out !! Because they expect you to be there in 24 hrs anytime they want to count your pills even if you live an hour away!! That's what I was not willing to do . We are busy and cant be at their back and call. A friend of my husband's used to go there and said I dodged a bullet. Very rude staff high school mean girl style. And they lied to my dr??!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could give no stars I would!!!”
