Patient Testimonials

If I could rate lower than a one a would. Disorganized. Dr doesnt retain information. Also advised me I "should have asked my discharging dr from a recent hospitalization for a 10 day supply of my meds"....that is 100 percent against REGULATIONS. Their drug screening is cheap and they dont do repeat drug screens if your drug screen comes up clear. No compassion. Save yourself the trouble and find a dr with better rating. Everywhere I looked she doesnt have above a 3 star rating. That is terrible for a doctor. I have collected information over the past couple months and will be filing a complaint.

A pain management clinic that refuses to manage pain "we can give you shots and you need to see a surgeon" every person we've known to get an operation on their back wishes they had not, my mother was one of those people......so surgery is off the table. Where are the elderly and disabled supposed to find any relief for their pain in America? The opioid epidemic was created by over prescribing people excessive and strong amounts for no reason.....I understand that, but now disabled people are told "they are being strict" ok so fight for your patient's, but instead they would rather "not have the hassle" while their patients are wracked with pain. My dad worked at the mill for 20+ years and it destroyed him and then he worked at a golf course maintaining the grounds for another 9 years and that finally did the damage now he's disabled and "physicians" refuse to do their jobs, we did and do our jobs, do your's.

My first visit to Good Samaritan Pain Clinic was January 2,2012. I have severe ostio and rheumatoid arthritis that obviously causes constant pain. Dr Hannah began with an evaluation and from there started looking at how to control my pain so i can function as best i can. She took the time to not only look at my medical issues but get to know me as to the type of activity and work i am able to do. She has fought the insurance companies for me and followed their protocol to the best of my interest not theirs. Some things she tried did not work but she kept up and found a regiment that works for me so i can function at my job and personal life. Yes there are times when Dr Hannah cant spend a whole lot of time with me but i am not her only patient and that is understandable. When i do have a concern she pays attention and does what she can to help the issue. Not only Dr Hannah but the whole staff is genuine in their care and concern about each patient they see. They are also just a friendly group of people who can make you smile when you are in serious pain. I thank them greatly for their care and concern with my medical issues.

What a great staff! I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. Our experiences with Pain Clinics here in Pennsylvania have not been good until now. The staff was pleasant and professional. We are very pleased with Dr. Hanna she listened and advised, we weren't RUSHED thru the appointment and we feel that everyone was very thorough with the evaluation. My husband and I can't stop singing their praises!
