“Absolutely rude, callous and dehumanizing institution I've ever gone to. I have been to several doctors, several specialists, tried several medications all to help with one specific problem that is increasingly getting worse. I am now at the point that it is pretty much debilitating due to the amount of pain I suffer from. I went to my first appointment today and the doctor sat down and looked me in my face and told me there was nothing she could do for me. Then proceeded to message my psychiatrist to inform him of how I felt so much "hopelessness", those words never came out of my mouth. She also said she was sending records to my family doctor and told me, with zero empathy, that they probably wouldn't help me either. If I could give this business a -100, I seriously would. No wonder they're not accredited with the Better Business Bureau.”

“In my opinion this is not the place to go ! When I told them I wanted to come off Morphin the Dr said "You can't stop taking your Morphin" I said I understood about tapering off and that's what I wanted to do ! She said "No You can't stop taking the Morphin" I said Excuse me ! I will stop taking it and she said fine then got up and walked out and stopped my Morphin right then ! I went through Bad withdrawals which nearly killed me ! But I got off of it ! The reason I quit was because it was shutting down my gut ! I have terrible IBS now and I think years of Morphin did it at the hands of this office ! I don't recommend going here !”

“I would give you minus 5 review at least. This place is the worst Dr office I have ever been to. First: They sent me bunch of paper to fill it before my App I did and gave it to the front desk. They let me wait in office until a lady came in and start ask me about all my info again, I told her I wrote every thing down and she said sorry I did not have time to enter it in, I said it is okay after she is done she told me the Dr will be with you shortly. Second: After sometime a Man come to the office start the same thing about the history, I told him I wrote everything down and the lady before you got it and entered in the system too, he said I'm PA, I start again for the third time and he said I will inform the Dr and she will be with you. Third: The PA came back and ask me what I want to feel better I told him I need trigger point in my lower back. He said we do not give injection in this office you need to come to Columbia office is about hour and half from here. I told him when I made the app no one told me that, how come?? he said sorry I ask him how about some medication he refused. I asked about the Dr he said she is going in meeting. Really... I told him why you or the office let me come here and there is no medication, no injection no doctors you think I am coming for fun? Really I was very upset how come a Dr office do something like that. I will inform the Insurance company and I will let my family Dr to never send any one to this office and I will not recommend it to any one. If they know the Dr not available that time why they did not call me to cancel and reschedule me other time. What I went through really NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ANY ONE AT ALL.”

“Zero due diligence on their part. I was forced to stop my low dose of Xanax 2 weeks before they would make a decision... I went through the withdrawals because I need the help so badly. I was then denied for taking Xanax even though I never got it filled. They never checked any hospital records and seem to be completely incompetent. I was told that you can't quantify kidney pain... Do not recommend.”
