“I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Nickerson while the staff was friendly and professional the interaction with the Doctor was upsetting. Dr. Nickerson was quite negative toward both me (caregiver)and my husband, which made the visit very uncomfortable. On top of that, the information we were given turned out to be inaccurate, adding to the confusion. What was most upsetting was that Dr. Nickerson told us he would not see us anymore. I understand that not every patient doctor relationship works out, but the way it was handled felt unprofessional and disappointing.
