“Dr. Polk lied every single time I went to the clinic; to the point where I started recording audio with my phone during my appointments. In fact he couldn't even remember the things he told me half the time (in the 3 minutes he would actually be in the room). I feel bad for his nice staff having to deal with his narcissistic ego, but even worse for the patients stuck with him. If you enjoy being gaslit and having unnecessary procedures done so he can collect your insurance money, stop on by! If not go find a real pain management doctor like I did.”
