“If you're seeking a professional, patient, and understanding doctor, Genesis Pain Clinic may not be the best fit for you. There have been numerous complaints from both staff and patients regarding Dr. Jafri's treatment of those around him, describing his behavior as disrespectful and rude. Additionally, the clinic often experiences staffing shortages, and there are concerns about the qualifications of some staff members who may not be licensed or adequately trained for their roles. If you are looking for a professionals Genesis Pain Clinic is not what I recommend.”

“Dr. Jafri and his staff have been a huge help for me. I was able to get into see him on short notice, and he and his assistants spent a great deal of time listening to my concerns and helping me. I am now pain free, and couldn't be any happier. I can't recommend him highly enough. (Of note: insurance companies no longer pay much at all for these types of services, hence, an out-of-pocket amount will be assessed prior to getting treated. When it comes to chronic pain, every penny was worth it!) Thanks again to Dr. Jafri and his friendly staff.”

“PLEASE SCROLL DOWN TO READ THE OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS BECAUSE THAT IS EXACTLY HOW I WAS TREATED! I should have done more research before I went to this clinic. This is by far the most unprofessional doctors office I have been to. Dr. Jafri acts like he hates his job and gets offended if you ask him any questions. He guilt tripped me to pay everything out of pocket even though I have insurance. I paid everything out of pocket and did a couple rounds of trigger point injections (they were $350 each time and I got it done twice with no relief!) and he put me on the weight loss injection medication that was $400 a month! He had bullied me into getting the $400 medication. Little did I know I was going to end up in the ER because of it. He failed to mention that medication is for a type 2 diabetics and it helps them to maintain or lose weight because it suppresses your hunger, severely. If he would have asked me if I have ever had issues with my sugar, I would have told him yes! I have had some episodes in the past where my sugar was very low. He could have warned me to look for the signs when my sugar was getting too low. Because this medication made me so nauseous, I would go a long time without eating and he wanted me to up the dose. Unfortunately my sugar went dangerously low and I ended up in the ER on my vacation! After that incident, I cancelled everything with him. I cancelled my cervical epidural procedure because he wanted me to pay out of pocket for that, which is $1300. I told him I was going to follow up with my PCP because I was extremely sick and needed to figure things out. As far as pain goes, NO RELIEF. I spent over $2000 with his clinic and they did not help me at all. I saw my PCP and we stopped the weight loss medication because it was way to strong for someone that is hypoglycemic. I also got an MRI and it turns out I had a cervical spondylosis. I decided to get a second opinion by a different pain management. I also wanted to try out going to a chiropractor and the relief from the chiropractor has been amazing! I ended up cancelling my appointment with the new clinic. I didn't need all the trigger point injections and weight loss medication. Dr. Jafri is rude, has horrible bed side manners, and is all about money. It is truly unfortunate I didn't read the other 1 star reviews until after everything I went through with his clinic. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.”
