“Was ushered in with a nice greeting and then 2 hours of back and forth fake smiles and wasted time. All the while choking down my flu issues. I went in simply to get a local source of my neurontin. I straigh up refused a shot and any discussion or notion of narcotics. I will make due, same as I have always done. I don't believe in a pill for every problem. But my nerve pain is getting intolerable. Long and short of it, I was given one script after the doctor seemed unable to grasp my written, the Iowa City written, my pcp referral, or my verbal statement I had told him and the nurse on multiple occasions. 1 script, no refills. No clear idea on follow up. Glad I came to Dewitt over Iowa City....err And btw, don't bother showing up or not showing up sick. If you show up sick, you will be greeted and coddled for half a second then all but told you are an idiot for coming. But if you don't, you will be potentially billed or not allowed to be seen. As I explained on multiple occasions. Explaining their own policies I got in the intake letter. And I'm the one with the memory issues....”
