He is beyond attentive to your concerns and questions, he is very informative and wants to be sure you have the best care possible for your situation. “For the time being this will be a 1 star. I've been unable to work due to my lower back being in pain. My PCP won't write a doctor's note and pain management doesn't do that. It took a week to get anyone to review my x-ray and it's closing in on a week since my MRI. There is no urgency whatsoever. I understand being busy and having other clients. Making a person wait on results this long, unable to work, and now unable to pay anyone a dime because I can't work is infuriating. No I don't recommend going here. Honestly at this point I'd rather travel out of state to find a better and more caring and understanding provider.”

“This all happened a few years ago. I hope things are better there now. I wanted to share my experience so hopefully it never happens to anyone else. I went to Dr Moore for pain related to an old back injury. I was upfront about being a diabetic and was told no issues. Showed up at surgical center for procedure. Per their instructions I was told to NOT take my insulin because of no eating before procedure . Once in there I got changed and checked in with nurse. She took my sugar level and said she would be back. Almost an hour later she returned with the Dr. He told me he refused to give me the shots because my sugar was too high {197}. I reminded him it was under his orders to NOT take my insulin before procedure. He said he won't do the shot, said I was too high risk and walked out. Another Genesis fail.”

“Dr. Benjamin Gilliotte was so thorough and sincere. He did a nerve test on me. He was gentle and talked to me the whole time to make me comfortable. I would recommend if you need this type of testing to request him to do it.”
