“I want to say a few words about Doctor Bhatia of DMV Spine and Pain of Sterling Virginia. I have been a long time patient of Doctor Bhatia. I was his patient for several years when he practiced in Reston and when I found out he opened his own practice in Sterling I followed. His knowledge, expertise and amazing connection to his patients is why I did not want to be treated by any other doctor. He also practices the newest procedures and one I just became a happy recipient of is the Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy that he performed on my knee. I had received knee surgery that was successful but due to arthritis I was still experiencing pain. Luckily, the procedure was painless, and I had positive results almost immediately. I have gone from icing my knee several times a week (sometimes several times a day) to only once since I had the procedure and then it was more for my knee feeling discomfort than actual pain. I must warn that it was not covered by my insurance, but I found the cost to be very reasonable. Also, for anyone who experiences pain knows, any procedure that is so effective and increases your quality of life is priceless.”
