“Office is absolutely horrible! No one knows what they're doing! I had seen him in the past for neck injections and he was great but this time has been a nightmare. Been waiting over 6 months limping and in a lot of pain. They keep wanting me to go all the way over there to talk about it. Now I find out they made the appointment for my neck and not my back! They don't listen to anything I tell them. I'm turning them in to NYS of health. Completely unacceptable!!!”

“Office staff is horrific!! I was one minute late and she wanted to repramand me running her mouth like a jail deputy rather than check me in they have no compassion for sick and suffering patients!! Telling me she doesn't control the weather or traffic !!! I've seen this doctor since 2017 he was one I've trusted w my spine for years !!! I waited 8 months to get in ! It's a process for me to even get ready let alone drive in a thunderstorm!! Kiss my ......I'm done being treated like this and he probably doesn't even know how his staff treats us in that reception room !!!!!!!!”
