Garden State Pain & Orthopedics - Pain Management in Edison, New Jersey

“Avoid this place at all costs started when I called for an appointment and asked if they accepted my insurance which they said yes they do turns out no they don't but they didn't inform me till after that first visit strike one !!! After that first visit went well and told them I can only come in on Saturdays. If that's a problem I will have to seek somebody else. They said no problem made an appointment and they proceeded to call me twice and cancel two different appointments. I'm there for pain management not for relief when it's Convenient strike two!!! Then I finally get to see the doctor and the visit was very nice. The doctor was very nice. We agreed to change my medication and they never called it into the pharmacy a little annoying but I can deal with that. I called them and they said oops we made a mistake on our end. We will call it in verbally. Well I went back to the pharmacy for a second trip and lo and behold. They didn't call it back in so I called back today and explain the whole situation again and they tell me we have to write the doctor about this strike three!!! I really don't know what else I could've done to be a good patient but this place sucks and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.”

Dr Deepan Patel and Dr Neil Sinha, and Matt took the time to review my condition and films In detail. The doctors are very kind and knowledgeable. Dr Deepan Patel and Dr Neil Sinha, and Matt took the time to go over treatment plans for my condition. I was able to return to gym pain free. I would recommend this place to everybody.”

“Absolutely amazing experience here. It was my first time ever going to see someone about my back pain and I wasn't sure what to expect. Thankfully from the minute I walked in the door I was greeted by a super friendly group of people behind the front desk. Not just 1 but all said hello to me. Totally unexpected in today's society where you're lucky if you get a genuine hello when walking into a Doctor's office. I didn't have to wait since my appointment started right on time (I filled out the new patient forms ahead of time at home from their website so I recommend that too). And I was inside of the room explaining what back issues I had, and what I've tried, not tried, and most importantly I voiced all my concerns. Dr. Dang was patient and most importantly gave me answers, suggestions, and recommendations I could understand. I want to sincerely thank him and the whole staff for a great experience. See you next week for my next appointment!”
