“Tried for nearly a month to get an appointment. I called after 2 weeks or so and was told my file was pending. The lady I was talking to acting like she didn't realize it was pending. Apparently the doctor has to review my chart to see if she she can treat me. Mean while I'm in pain and very frustrated. I called risk management and talked to a lady and she was to call and find out what was happening. In the meantime I called a place in Kansas City. I have an appointment this Friday. Isn't that amazing? The best part is they care and know what they are doing. I can't believe how Freeman treats people. I'm in chronic debilitating pain and needed help. Shame”

They are there to assist in anyway possible with the goal of relieving your pain the first time. This medical staff headed by Dr Sanders puts patient care first and foremost. If you are needing a pain management facility I highly recommend this one because I promise you will not find better health care providers. We have lived in this area for seven years now and although we would rather not have pain, but if we do we know that we can count on Dr Sanders and her staff to give us the best treatment possible. One last thing, in order to build a solid house you must have an awesome foundation. Well Dr Sanders was the start of the foundation at this Pain Management Facility and her God given talents have enabled her to build such an awesome staff. We arrive and the receptionist says "I told you this is not the right office and rudely sticks her finger up pointing up the street ...no address just somewhere on Macintosh, so my dear friend transfers herself back into her car and we go up the hill, still no location, then she calls and says wait its on 32nd st, no it isn't, so then we go to mcclelland like she said but no so we backtrack to mcintosh and find a neuro clinic and the receptionist gives us the correct clinic address. What a mess and stress!!!!!”
