“I have had an experience of being bedridden and in extreme pain for nearly 2 years. Had surgery and relief for 5 months then the pain was is back. Went back to pain management and they have screwed up my med delivery each week by not calling it in no matter how early I contact them. Each week I go days without pain meds. I live in a bed. I can't sit for long nor walk more than ten feet. I have unbearable pain. The pain clinic sent an apology for their lack of care giving after the fact and then did it all again.”

“I was sent here from a foot surgeon I was seeing. I had no idea he was sending me to a pain clinic. He had told me on 2 separate visits that he would be doing surgery to fix my foot that I had 3 surgeries on it already. But it was still really messed up and the pain from this foot is really bad. Someday it's a 10. I start coming to this clinic and from day 1 they treated me with little to no empathy or bed side manner. The Dr I see from this clinic is the 8th Dr. I have called and left numerous messages for a return call and you get zero response. Or if you do, it's days to a week later. I'm having a spinal cord stimulator put in next week for the massive nerve pain from my foot and they aren't putting me out. Just giving me a Valium and I also get zero pain meds. I know 3 people that have had this same thing done to them and they are say it's super painful and you have to wear all of this stuff for a week. It's the trial then if it works, you get it put in permanently. They do absolutely nothing for the pain I have been in. I warn anyone, DO NOT COME HERE!!! So not only am I in a lot of pain with my foot 24/7 now I'm going to be in pain with this thing in my back for a week. You are seriously treaded like a number, or a inconveniences. I hate this Dr office.”

“I have been coming to this clinic for going on three years and today I must say is the worst experience that I've ever had in my life dealing with a doctor and office receptionist. It was hard enough being told that there was nothing else that they could do for me when they haven't done anything but prescribe me medication that's for people that overuse their medicine. But after I see the doctor And then I walk out of the office limping face full of tears and nobody did anything. I also informed the doctor that my legs had swollen up so much to the point where I couldn't even wear shoes almost and she said absolutely nothing mind you this is a doctor that has never seen me before. So I went out to my car and calm down and try to find another pain specialist, then I went back in to see if they could write me a referral to a new doctor and I stood there for a total of almost 20 minutes. I was purposely left in the waiting area I knocked on the door nobody came, all the nurses and everyone else in the office I saw walking back-and-forth. Then when the receptionist finally decided to come out after I just decided to stand there and make a phone call to the office, I had to yell hello excuse me is anybody going to come out and help me. Then the receptionist finally comes out and is very very rude as if I've done something to her then she rudely tells me that they will not give me a referral or that they can't give me a referral. This was done on purpose and I was left in the waiting room for no apparent reason at all. This is very unacceptable and I will not tolerate being treated like that no one should have to especially when you're in excruciating pain in a doctors office. I would not recommend anyone go to this office at all under any circumstance. Please look through your options of a pain clinic and do not go to this one. I am deeply hurt and upset by the way that I was treated.”
