He is a great listener to all your problems and prescribes what's needed and he sees you every 4 weeks to ensure compliance with New York State He is easy to understand and puts you at ease. The only issue I have is that the practice does not accept any insurance coverage. It is cash only”

“To be honest I was very skeptical about going through a pain management clinic again after years of experience with Dr's from other clinics that treat you like a check or don't care about their job so it took me a while to call and give it a try. I was shocked when Dr. Follette answered and spent a good 20 mins with me asking my issues and where I've been. I never had a doctor take time to talk to me as a person he cares about, and not once did he push for my business. When I did make an appointment the staff was amazing. It was a little wait but they made it seem like it was mins. Meeting the doctor was nervous because of what I've been through but he was amazing, very polite and not at all judgemental. He worked with me through all my issues and explained what was best for my case. I wouldn't trust most doctors because me conditions but he made it easy. He let me know he's been where I am and it totally relaxed me. I can say finding doctors who care is a one in a million and I won the lottery.
