“This clinic used to be a place where patients felt heard, respected, and supported. Unfortunately, that has changed significantly. Recently, the doctor appears overwhelmed with the volume of patients and has struggled to remember important details regarding medications and care plans. Instead of addressing these issues professionally, the frustration seems to be taken out on patients. I have left appointments feeling judged, unheard, and emotionally distressed -- something that should never happen in a pain management setting. When a patient is dealing with personal challenges that directly affect their health, those concerns should not be dismissed as "excuses" or used against them. Judgmental behavior from both the doctor and staff directly impacts the quality of care and can leave patients feeling defeated rather than supported. I have left appointments in tears, feeling that my pain and concerns were minimized rather than addressed. Pain management patients are already vulnerable. When a care plan is not working and the patient tries to communicate that, the response should be compassion and problem-solving -- not judgment. Experiences like this discourage patients from continuing care at all, which ultimately sets back their health and well-being. This clinic feels like it has become no different from others that have shut down due to lack of proper patient care. Medical professionals take an oath to help patients, and lately it does not feel like that oath is being upheld here. I am deeply disappointed by how much this clinic has changed, and I hope leadership takes these concerns seriously so other patients don't have to go through the same experience.”
