“Dr. Placer is great, I will start off with that. That being said, his staff and scheduling are the absolute worst. The line is either always busy or no one answered (don't understand how it could be both honestly). They don't even know what insurance you take so you then have to fight with them for out of pocket expenses. Honestly, Dr. Placer was great and super easy to talk with, his staff is honestly just awful, they have no clue what they're doing”

“I have been seeing Dr place for seven years. I will never ever go back. I have been trying for three weeks to see him the last two weeks I went there and I had appointments with him so I thought and they weren't actually with him so I had to leave and come back Today. I had an appointment with him. With Boston Scientific with me because I recently had SCS Revision surgery I got to his office in Davenport. It was standing room only and they would not even let Boston Scientific go in there and speak with him. They made them leave. It was horrible. I was there for over an hour and wasn't even checked in in that hour. I was there the new receptionist whoever replaced Gigi is the rudest person I've ever met in my life. This is two weeks in a row. I've had to deal with this rude lady, have to be in there for over an hour and not even being checked in. It was 4:55 for a 4 o'clock appointment and she tells me She hasn't checked me in yet because they close at five so I guess I wasn't even going to be seen three weeks I've tried to see him time to get a new doctor. I don't know if he has too many patients. I don't know what the problem is, but you don't have a patient who just had surgery come for three weeks and still not get to see the doctor When they come with Boston Scientific. That company also has better things to do. I hate to leave him because he's a wonderful doctor, but after three weeks after surgery and still not being unable to see the doctor when it's so hard to leave the house after surgery this is no way to be treated so please forewarned don't expect to see this doctor if you go to a doctors appointment”

“I've been going to Dr Placer for 10 years. I adore Dr Placer, but today I was forgotten. I don't know if there's too many patients, or they think "someone else will take care of it", but all day I've been told that the prescription will be sent before 5, and nothing. I'm actually pretty upset because this is a first. Now it's Friday and I'll have no call until at least Monday. I'm actually shocked. He's never forgotten about a patient before. Maybe this is how things will be from now on... I'm not sure. Its incredibly disappointing”
