“Twice I Tried to use the online appointment scheduling tool. Twice I received absolutely nothing in response. I called and made the appointment. I soon received a text message reminding me of the appointment with a link to their website check in process, I go to the link, spend an hour filling in my medical history, uploading ID, insurance etc. Get to appointment, they request my ID and insurance card, and hand me a clip board with a dozen pages to fill out. Is this the same stuff I spent an hour online filling out? Her response was "Did you print it?" I took my ID back and canceled the appointment. At my age I don't do Doctors with bad office setups.
