“Today was especially great because it was a telehealth appointment because of hurricane Milton, which I really appreciated so I didn't have to use gas to come into the office. Highly recommend this practice doctors and nurses practitioners and staff are great but their only issue is they never return a phone call on any of their answering lines and I mean never. Nothing is even noted in the chart that the patient has called multiple times a day and for many days in a row even asking for an urgent message to be sent to the doctor when I had a family emergency and had to leave the state. They say they check their messages multiple times a day and will call you back, but they never do and this has happened numerous times and the next time I went in I asked the nurse practitioner if there was any notes in my chart and she said there was no record of me calling there so I showed her on my phone in my recent phone calls the many many times that I had called the office and no one ever returned my phone call from any line or from the front desk after leaving multiple urgent messages. The front desk never answered their phone, even when I spoke to someone on the answering service who tried multiple times each day. Other than that, everything is great”

“Staff and doc Ellis are awsome BUT I have had MANY problems getting my scrips to my pharmacy.many times it was on Friday so I couldn't get them till Monday. I also had a problem with one and my pharmacy called several times and left message and no one ever returned his call. My boyfriend had to go back to the office, and the AWSOME girl at the window got fixed..I'm sorry to say your phone center is not very efficient..once the young man said he emailed the office...but 2 days later I was told there was no record of said ' priority' text. I realize your office staff cant answer phones all day or they would never get the important work they do so well..but the phone center deffinatly needs reorganization... But I still thank you all for the great care you take of me..sincerely Deborah Harbin”

“Staff in office is unreliable and has gotten my surgeries denied due to their lack of getting documents faxed over. They are a joke and I'm in pain because of it. My surgery has to be done completely over due to negligence. I would never refer anyone here. Dr Ellis is great but his staff could care less about people. Always on their phone, loudly gossiping about patients and giving out false information and blatantly lying to patients. I and many others have witnessed it first hand.”
