“This is ridiculous Dr. Alex Jimenez office is the worst office to go to for two months in a row. The doctor and his staff has failed to fill my prescription on time and then when I called the on-call doctor they say we're sorry we will fill it and still no prescription. I do not recommend this office. I'm leaving this office after I leave this message. They are the worst? I gave them two months in a row and they've dropped the ball.”

“I came as a new patient. Everything was great fast-forward four procedures 12 appointments and the last five months I did not see my doctor once. I was always scheduled with the nurse for them to ask me to schedule a surgery. I did not see the doctor for five months, I found a new doctor and told them I wouldn't be going there anymore. He cut off my medical marijuana card cash which was separate from my other visits cash payment and instead of allowing it to expire. He went in spitefully cut it off. I already had my orders in there. I wasn't due for more orders for another three months spiteful Front desk was nasty. The nurses didn't know what they were doing. I went there with a broken screw in my back and they did not find it in a year and a half. I had to find it myself with the imaging that I requested. This office is become too busy , too many patients too much staff and they keep striving for more and more and more money. Ridiculous.”
