We arrived by 9 to have paperwork done by the 9:30 appointment time, the appointment coordinator decided to change his appointment to 10:30 and not let us know. So we sat in the office for an hour no one bothered to let us know. My husband is immunocompromised and shouldn't sit in a tiny office exposed to illnesses. The rest of the appointment was great.”

“Have always paid out of pocket $1,500 for RFA and no pain medication with 3 back fusions. If you don't check in by phone they automatically cancel your appointment for RFA! Than tell nothing they can do around the holidays because both the PA and doctor are out even though I was scheduled to do an RFA but the scheduler never matches up with date and tell you it's your problem. They will not transfer you to another doctor! Save your money go somewhere else! All they want is your money! Merry Christmas hope everyone goes to another doctor where the staff actually cares when you pay!”
