Patient Testimonials
“I have always had positive appointments and care by Dr. Olsen. I have had many procedures done by her. Some have worked. Some haven't. That is because I have several issues stemming from car accidents. So I haven't made it easy on her. Still she continues to give me her best. Thank you Dr. Olsen I appreciate everything you have done for me and continue to do.”
— Tee Fowler
“So I was told, the day before my procedure that I couldn't have anything to drink except water two hours before my procedure. Then I came to my appointment to get nerve blockers and they asked me when my last meal was. I said 11:30 this morning. They said they couldn't take me because I'm not supposed to eat 8 hours before the procedure. Then, when I walked out and told them that nobody told me that.”
— Liana Rose Bardin
“The office staff at this doctor's office is horrible. I missed an appointment and the person I spoke to, Jen, berated me for forgetting the day that I was scheduled. Since I was being spoken to like I was a child, I asked her, "Have you ever made a mistake?" She actually said NO, I don't make mistakes. If it was not so pathetic, it would be funny. Doctor Olsen is a great doctor but I won't go back because the office staff is NUTS! They have been rude to me too often. They need to get nice, caring people to deal with the public or patients will never come back.”
— Greg McCarty
“I have been a patient for 4 1/2 years. With Dr. Olson. It seems that since she left .Nothing is the same. I have seen different people each time I go for my appointment for follow up and medications. Yesterday at my monthly appointment I was informed by " yet another NEW person.", . (She was so very rude), that they could no longer help me. I asked why and was told that Because I did not make an appointment with another Pain Management specialist that they suggested I might try-NOT THAT IT WAS A REQUIREMENT -I had thought was a decision I was to Make , Then I was informed that they would not let me have ANY medication At All ! How is this helping me as a patient? At least, they could of provided me with some type of help. But NONE! One should think twice before you make an appointment at "Florida Pain Management.". Hence the word "Pain Management "- if they are the Pain Management set of doctors, then WHY must my insurance pay for brief and rude services- AND require I go to another Pain Management? Now, I have nothing to deal with the severe chronic and Real medical issues, not just "joe" of the street looking to score. My insurance company will be notified.”
