I asked for a price and they couldn't give me one being as it's cash. Was told I would get a call, never did. Then I get a bill for an additional $833. This company exploiting loophole in insurance to allow them to charge $250 for injection, when in the past, they gave injection at local office for $30. A 700% premium borne on the patient as a copay. Not a good way to run a business! When queried about this, staff just shrugged their shoulders. Wow, I am sick of being treated like an imbecile. “My husband has been seeing Dr. Nguyen for about 1 year. He has had a few procedures and gotten relief. Dr. Nguyen is a good competent provider. Unfortunately the last two times we have been at the surgery center, has been a very frustrating experience. Two weeks ago, they were running 1 hour late. Today it's been two hours and still waiting. No warning when checking in that they are behind. No apology, no explanation. No consideration for people that are already in pain. What a disservice to a good doctor. A patient showed up and said they called her that they had an opening. What? You are already over 2hrs behind. This no way to treat patients. We now have the consider finding a new practice.”
