So many times there was insurance issues, etc and staff was always helpful. I hated to leave, but relocated to another state.”

“Dr. Udeshi and his staff are wonderful! I have been seeing him for approximately 10 years now. Front office staff are always friendly. PA Melissa is down to earth, friendly, charming and informative. She really listens. Dr. Udeshi is wicked smart and always remembers you! I have multiple issues, fibromyalgia, CRPS, lumbar injuries as well. And on and on. Dr. Udeshi really takes his time with you, on the few times that he may be running behind I never ever mind because he absolutely will be calm and patient and give me the time that I might need during my appointment. I completely trust this man, he has done several ablations on my lumbar, even my feet a few times. He and his staff keep me going, I have an active family and I am able to get the things I need to get done thanks to his education, kindness and amazing surgeon hands! He is a very kind man and I would be devasted if I ever had to change doctors! I can understand that there may be issues here and there with staffing and gosh help us insurance! I haven't had any problems thankfully and it's more important to me to see a doctor that I love so much and trust so much as well. I am super grateful for Dr. Udeshi and his staff both at the Palm Bay office and the Merritt Island office where I go for my procedures. “Honestly I just can't fathom that your office has completely left me high and dry and with no guidance, support, or help with my authorization issue..... especially since I confirmed with my insurance company that the appeal you sent them, in fact, did have the wrong member number on it. My insurance company called your office last week, after Tai, Ashley, and Lauren threw this issue back at me, and left a very detailed message regarding what happened and what needed to be done to rectify it. I'm pretty positive you've done nothing with that information. And that is no surprise. I guess you have all proven that the patient is not important, customer service is not important, and being accountable, for an error that could've been easily corrected, is not important. I am just shocked at the turn of events after having such a great experience with Dr. Udeshi when I first visited the office in October. I really wonder how he would feel if he knew how your behavior and lack of concern or customer service has lost him a patient that raved about the service, treatment, and relief I received with a prior issue. I did my part and you all failed miserably at yours. *****Update after receiving your response***** I went to your website to contact you as you've requested and there is no 'contact us' option.
