    Patient Testimonials

!!!Not only did this office mishandle the situation, but they also broke doctor-patient confidentiality in a way that is deeply concerning. No patient should ever have to go through this. My mother-in-law immediately switched doctors, and I highly recommend that others do the same. Stay far away from this place. Let's me explain why: I'm writing this review based on my mother-in-law's experience, and I am absolutely shocked at the unprofessionalism of this office. What happened to her was highly unusual and completely unacceptable. Doctor Crane, change her medication and then she called their office to tell them the medication didn't work for her. And that she needed to go back to the pain medication that she was on for 8 years. And they called the police on her and my father-in-law--two elderly individuals. The police got involved, and she was suddenly being accused of being suicidal, which was completely false. She never said anything of the sort, yet she was treated as if she were a danger to herself. This caused her an enormous amount of distress and shock. highly recommend that others do the same. Stay far away from this place!!

If they can't give you injections, they won't do nothing for you! They will have you spend an hour and a half when they send you their paperwork to fill out and then they will say that you might are a candidate for opioid pain medication! When you get there, you'll have a person not a nurse or anything take your blood pressure then tell you they won't be able to do that but they would love you injections your neck! If you've been there, let me know cause have A lawsuit against them! Wrongful malpractice! It's on YouTube check it out I filmed recorded ! the whole event! If you're in pain, don't go there cause all they wanna do is rip you off and your insurance company for money and not help you! That's where they messed up! We're gonna hold them to the line! Justice! Not gonna stop ! Till Out of Business! Make sure you call the state and the city and the government on their practice until they get investigated properly' Hope you get out of pain, but these people put you in pain and they put it in their pockets! They're going to jail!

I had injections for the first time here today. Very minimal waiting before they called me in. I don't think I've ever been to a medical facility that was as kind and considerate as all the employees were there. They talked me through things and made me feel safe. And believe me, I was a nervous wreck. I have to go back a few more times and I'm okay with that. I would highly recommend this facility for my family and friends. Thank you Florida Pain Institute for making my appointment professional as well as personal. .

Don't go here. I have been going for 10 months and still haven't gotten anything for pain my back due to broken vertebrae. All they want to do is drug screening each time I go and its $85 each time. And I only have seen the doctor once on my first visit. Seeing a PA since then and she hasn't done anything for me. Such a waste of time and money. I have suffered too long and going somewhere else that has much higher reviews.
