Then, the staff (front clerk, Caucasian overweight woman) lied about my urine test and failed me, because she didn't like me. Found another clinic, I've been going here for years now, no issues. The staff will make up things if they was to deny your appointment, or even if you have a dispute with staff. You have no voice at this clinic. Don't waste your time, find another pain management clinic.”

“The doctor is legit, the clinic is not overcrowded, everything at this painn clinic runs smoothly except the man at the front desk is extremely unprofessional. If you upset him, he will do everything he can to make your visit difficult. He will "lose" records, take all day to fax your prescription to the pharmacy, even turn you away on the day of your appointment and take in other clients instead. This staff member's personal grudges against clients make visitibg this otherwise pleasant pain clinic.a total nightmare.”
