“I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GLORIA (the PP) or DR. DERRASARI I gave this group 5 STARS 6 months ago when Dr. Resham Datta was on staff. Since Dr. Datta left I have had nothing but PROBLEMS!!! The last 3 months have been a very arduous experience as a patient. Since being "taken care of" by Gloria and Dr. Derrasari my perscriptions have been incorrect each month, Gloria always seems confused during our in-person conversations and is extremely disorganized. Dr. Derrasari has zero compassion or accountability for the communication errors between him and his staff. I NEVER receive return phone calls after leaving numerous messages. I am so disappointed Dr. Datta is gone, it turns out she was the rare gem for FPM and now I will also be leaving FPM as a patient but I'm certain they do NOT care. Only bright light is the nurses and support staff are still AMAZING!!!”

“It's Oct 22nd, 2020: 1030AM EXACTLY. Just left this place 5 min ago after being told: "I was late for my 1030apt". The lady at the desk said I would need to reschedule which I live over an hour away.... When I asked how am I late, it's only 1022 (pointed to my watch) and the lady said new patients need to come in early to fill out paperwork. I said I understand that but I'm not late for my 1030apt and technically showing up at 10:29 is still showing up early. If you need a patient to show up at a specific time, then BOOK them for that time. Don't assume that telling someone to "SHOW UP EARLY" is some form of universal language of time that correlates to 15 min or 30 min etc. Very rude Very unprofessional Not surprised given their current review rating.”
