“I haven't met with Dr. Scott yet today I saw Dr. Dean I think was his name (I'm sorry I am terrible with names) but he was absolutely amazing!!! The front desk ladies were awesome and helpful since we had some issues with the patient portal. The gentleman I met with today was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, for first time in over a decade I actually felt like a medical professional LISTENED to me!! I teared up because he spent so much time with me and didn't brush off my concerns, he treated me like a fellow human being that was just in a lot of pain, not like a number on a chart to be billed for insurance. He didn't rush me, he understood my pain and is committed to finding the actual root of the problem and not just sticking me with needles to mask the symptoms. He saw the pain in my face, he saw how tired I am of being ignored and brushed off by other medical professionals... for first time in years I felt SEEN and HEARD! My husband was in waiting room waiting for me, as I walked out I looked at him with tears in my eyes and just said "that man is a damn Unicorn!!" I actually cried on the way home because I have not seen a doctor who actually cared so much in so long. This doctor has actually given me hope, something I gave up on a long time ago when it comes to medical issues. This doctor has seriously saved my life, I had all but given up any hope of finding a medical professional that would take me seriously and not dismiss me, I was not far off from just giving up completely on even trying to get medical care. Thank you Dr. Dean.... Thank you for giving me hope, for seeing me and my pain, for being willing to tackle the challenges with my back and medical issues...”

“Loved Scott and his professionalism, kindness and determination to help his patients. With that being said, the gate keeper office staff are the exact opposite. Rude and lazy as in not doing their work as far as insurance authorization for payment. Easier for them just to bill the patient. Sorry Scott I wont be back. You need to get rid of some people in the insurance department of your business.”
