“I had a great experience today when I had to have injections in my back. I was a new patient and was SHOCKED when Dr. Brian Thwaites actually came into the room, sat down and talked to me about my pain and procedure. He was very informative and kind. The nurse was great, too. I have had injections at other clinics where I never ever laid eyes on the doctor because I was face down on the table when they walked in. My only complaint is that they need better signage outside. It was my first visit and I had no idea how to get into the right building. My "not so patient" husband was irritated that we had to walk around in the rain to find the correct entrance.”

“What a disaster this place is. The doctor was ok the rest of the staff are arrogant, rude, incompetant and clearly no nothing about customer service. In addition, like everyone else that is required before you get service, I paid my copay of $30. Apparently, the office did not forward proof to billing and billing has been harrassing me for payment. I asked billing to request a copy of the receipt from the front desk. They refuesed and said it required me to walk into the clinic, get a copy and hand carry it to them. I told them i would not do that and they could just request it intraoffice. Instead they turned it over to a debt collector. Its either incompetence or its First Health's way of double billing to increase revenue. There is no support or help they provide to assist those who have been impacted by their mistakes/incompetence.”

“This used to be a great place, but ever since Dr. Lauren Williams took over Dr Steve Collins' practice it's been going downhill. I was recently out of the Country and ran out of my meds. When I came home, I advised the ofc that I was out of my meds and requested a refill which was denied. Long story short, Dr Williams and her staff were negligent and unprofessional having a chronic pain patient be without any medication for days and going through withdrawal symptoms as a result. The office staff lied about her being out of town and having a prescription sent to the pharmacy on my behalf. Despicable behavior for a medical doctor, especially a chronic pain specialist. I have since transferred back to Dr. Collins where my health and well being are paramount.”
