“Do not go here!! Painful injections. Went one week got an epidermal for my back and leg pain. Then had to go to get a blood patch done since I had been rushed to the er for horrific headache. Then they billed incorrectly. Sent me a bill. I called billing and she said I will tell rebill it under other insurance first then rebill your secondary. So she zeros out the bill in my name. I get a call from the office today cancelling my appointment for tomorrow until the Dr receives the payment. That they will call me when the payment is received to come back!! Who does this,!??.. I have same insurance for all my back drs and primary and medicines and hospitals. I have never got calls saying I had to wait till my insurance payment goes through! Do not go here!!!”

“I was referred to this pain clinic. I was told I had to do injections and / or any treatment he suggest and if I do he would help me with pain medication. He did an Epidural which didn't work. So second treatment was freezing nerves in lower back that should help for 6-12 months. It was a very painful treatment. It helped for about 1-2 weeks and I had more pain than ever. Next he did this again. Went though this painful treatment. He said if I felt this treatment going into legs it wasn't good to let him know. I did express it was to intense. He told his tech to turn it down, she turned it way up and it shot pain down my legs. He kept saying sorry as I cried loudly. I have NOT been the same since, so much worse than when I went in. He refused to help with medication at all as he falsely said he would if I got injections etc. He wanted to continue to do same treatment he was doing and failed to help. Why? I'm not a Guinea pig. Im a patient/ human. I said NO! I never went back and ended up getting a bill for treatments, I have insurance. When I called number on bill I was told it was refused, now I have to pay! I told this woman she billed wrong insurance and she said she would not resubmit to right insurance. I continue to get a bill and I will not pay it, for I have medical insurance and it covers that last treatment, and covered the treatment done the second time seen , third time was same treatment. This happened in 2020-2021. Now I have heard that he's doing and dropping patients if they don't get enough injections, cutting his patients off without notice that have been on oral pain medication for over 20 years! Don't go to him if you value your physical health. Go elsewhere and report him. He only cares about himself and not the patient at all!”

“I was referred to the Sturbridge office for injections in my hip and sciatic nerve! It hurt so bad I wanted to simply die. The doctor told me it's ok to cry, and what happens here stays here (he saw I was embarrassed) and it comforted me a great deal. Today I can walk upright, finally after months and months of agony, I can walk upright! The pain is there somewhat as it always will be, but Dr. Farid helped me so I can be a better mom for my children. With my injury due to a car accident, I was desperate for pain relief! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.”
