“Here we go again, FHW treating patients worse than farm animals I go in 8 days ago, after waiting 2 weeks for my appointment, I see Dr Kimberly, nice gal. I call twice this week to get information on when I can expect to be scheduled for a spine procedure. On the 8th day I am told that my insurance asked for additional information. However, Dr Kimberly is on vacation until NEXT WEEK, and NOBODY is taking care of the follow up with the insurance company So, another week, at least until FHW does anything to expedite my case. And then another 3-4 weeks minimum until they will schedule my procedure. Meanwhile, I'm eating OxyContin like m&m's candy. The pure lack of attention and consideration is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable. I'm old enough to remember when the medical industry actually cared about patients.... You know that new saying, A patient cured, is a customer lost I think I'll call the local veterinary clinic and see what they can do for me And now, 3 days later, I get a phone call from Kailee, some manager. She proceeds to argue with me about everything! Including that MY attitude is inappropriate!!! What ever happened to the customer is the one paying their salary? I was completely mistreated last Friday by a female who proceeded to argue with me about EVERYTHING I was questioning. It's becoming more clear that the client/customer is always wrong in this establishment. I'm 62 years old and disabled, and I've never been treated with such a lack of respect. Just arguing and pointing fingers at the sick person. Zero accountability”

“I was having an out patient MRI. As always the employees were very professional. I have severe back pain and I walk stooped over. I usually use a walker but didn't on this day. Because I walk stooped over there are times I go faster and faster and end up falling, as happened on this visit. There was NOTHING the tec escorting me could have done to prevent my fall. After I fell several employees, including the supervisor, helped me up. I can't emphasize enough they were not neglectful or at fault at all. They did call me after discharge to see how I was doing. As a patient I would be very disappointed if these employees were reprimanded in any way. The only thing hurt was my ego. Please thank them for being so caring and compassionate.”
