“The staff is great they have people skills they greet you with a smile all day long you're in and out in a good time frame even when they're behind and the lobby is full the doctor is friendly and he explains everything he's going to do before he does it it's their policies I don't agree with $50 if you're late a minute after the allowed 15 minute grace period,$50 if you call days before your appointment telling them why you can't come that day at that time bc something unexpected came up,$50 if you miss your appointment, this is my true story with family first pain clinic I was referred to family first I was a new client to them and I had to do a urine screen for the first time with them they gave me the address I googled it and I thought I could find the address but I didn't find the address to where the facility was so called family first and explained to them what my situation was long story short bc I couldn't find the facility where they do the urine screens I missed my appointment and they charged me $50 when I went to my next appointment I explained to them that it wasn't my fault and they shouldn't charge me $50bc it's an honest mistake it could've happened to anyone they still charged me $50 so I had to pay $100 or I couldn't see the doctor I was so pissed off bc I couldn't believe they could do me and I know I'm not the only person this has happened to like this their policies suck like a duck in a truck”
