The doctors are fabulous, but the front desk staff, especially the person who does insurance requests, is one of the laziest persons I have had to deal with in a doctor's office. They told me that person who does the insurance requests, has two weeks to complete the insurance request, which is total BS. I waited 3 weeks and she still had not contacted my insurance company. That was not the first time that happened either. That person should be fired for her incompetence.”
