I could never get through on the phone to make an appointment when I did get through, they were super rude and did not help me make an appointment. Maintaining a cooperative and collaborative partnership between patient and provider is essential for high-quality care. I had challenging interactions which reflected their professional judgment regarding conditions necessary for a safe, respectful and effective relationship. Absolutely the worst place to go save your time. Do not go to this place. The doctors do not care about your health or your pain. They care about the money.”

“I must start with I have been to 3 other PT's since my TKR and this is the ONLY place I will ever go to for any PT needs! I had my knee replaced in 2022 and had recovery issues from the very start. I went to suggested PT and was not impressed with my program, as I did not notice any significant improvement. I continued with the at home exercises but just was not seeing what I thought was expected as to recovery. So, I then went to a different PT business and pretty much the same...I was looking for someone who would challenge me and help me to understand the range of motion and the whole concept of what recovery should be. EVOLVE is the only PT that did all of that. They explained the process of how from the hip to the ankle is part of strengthening the knee. I did exercises that none of the other PT business even considered. I was so grateful that I am now able to paddle board and surf because of Maggie and Michael's exercise programs. The other PT businesses said that that was most likely not going to happen.. So if you are looking for compassionate, knowledgeable Physical Therapist, look no further as I believe they can do for you what they did for me. I am grateful beyond words.”

“Dr pope is probably one of the worst doctors I've met. I was referred to him and it took 3 months for an appointment. He totally mislead me, stereotyped me, and straight up lied. Im a cancer survivor and on permanent disability. I am extremely skinny and all my issues are around my waste and down to my rectum. First appointment he said that it would be either oral medication or the pump. Which I cannot have!! There's no place to put it. He tried saying that he could put it anywhere without even inspecting my body. He said he'd discuss with my doctor and all my records. He did none of that. Extremely un professional. He dresses like he just got out of bed and didn't shower. Wearing sweatpants and messy hair. Second appointment, he says it's the pump or nothing and didn't allow me to discuss it with him. I'm in pain 24/7 because of parts of my colon they have removed. I feel everything! The whole process of eating, digesting, and then going to the bathroom is extremely painful. And it's permanent! And I found out, because I had to go to the emergency room, that he wrote negative things about me, literally lying. He said I'm not open to anything else. Obviously lying since he said the pump only. And I'm not an idiot. He obviously makes more money from the pump and me having to go there all the time compared to simply writing a prescription. Now, I'm still in pain and no one is helping me. Worst experience I've had with a so called doctor.”
