“Shout out to Jennifer, I think in the billing department. I had some labs run last April which I had to pay in cash due to no insurance and they only run two test so they owed me $70. I called the main billing part and it never got sent like a month and a half ago and today she called me back and said it'll be taken care of and they'll have a check for me to pick up there on Friday. I called yesterday. Very quick response on her part! Also very very kind lady!”

“I'm glad labor and delivery closed smh... I went into labor September 5th 2025 (my first baby) and was treated horrible!! The front desk lady didn't believe I was in labor cuz I was hurting and couldn't keep track of the time between contractions, even tho you could tell I was definitely in labor and struggling with it. I was extremely stressed and had one nurse try to help me with that. One nurse was nice out of all of them. The man that did my epidural was super rude cuz I was scared and wanted to hold onto my husband, He was not nice in any way. I had to have an emergency C-section and was treated well after that by a nurse that came from Green River. Overall I don't think I'll be doing that for a while as the experience made me scared to do it again and I regret doing it in Evanston in the first place.”

“Went in for a procedure. All the staff since I walked in were so welcoming. From the receptionist to all the nurses, doctor and anesthesiologist. Thank you Sean rn, Belinda rn,Shantell rn,Olivia rn, Sean cst, Andrew cena, and dr. Kendrick. For answering all my questions and making this procedure not so scary. Plus one of the nurses played music for me. That was the highlight. Will definitely be going back to the hospital in the future for any procedure needed. Would highly recommend them.”
