Dr. Erin Watson is a physical medicine and rehabilitation and pain management specialist at OrthoSC in Conway, South Carolina. At our Conway office, Dr. Watson sees pain management and physical medicine and rehabilitation patients as well as those in need of nonsurgical back and neck care. She received her bachelor of science degree with a double major in nutritional science and zoology from the University of Florida. She then went on to obtain her medical degree from The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University, where she also completed an internship. Dr. Watson completed a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University Health Systems of Eastern Carolina, where she was the chief resident.
