“My experience with MPC and Dr. Kozfkay was a terrible one. do not go to this doctor. He turned into a "drug dealer in a white coat" He got me hooked on Fentanyl for 8 years. Then I was called into the office by a nurse I never met and was told that I failed my urine screen. This after being a model patient never missing appointments or failing a urine screen before. I was told that I had Cocaine, Codeine, fentanyl and heroin in my test. IF I had that in my urine I would be dead. They kicked me to the curb with no help for the withdrawal. My PCP called his office and was told it was all a "MISTAKE" They closed shortly after that.”
