Epiphany Dermatology - Pain Management in Jackson, Wyoming

“Dr. Greene is an excellent dermatologist and caregiver. He knows what he's doing. I feel very confident of the quality of his care. And his bedside manner is top-notch. Easy to communicate with; easy-going; warm and friendly. No grumpy, authoritative, intimidating old man here! The tech interface for patients since Dr. Greene became part of Epiphany is clunky. Oddly, if you want to interact with the practice via your phone, versus interacting on your laptop, there's different apps/technology. I haven't come across that with other providers, and it's very unwieldy. All of that is frustrating, especially given how easy it is to communicate and interact with my other providers via MyChart. I suspect the private equity corporate overloads behind Epiphany don't want to spend the $$$ to license MyChart, so they went the cheap route and the user experience reflects that. So far, I'll put up with the clunky tech user experience in order to continue seeing Dr. Greene, because he's that good. :)”
