“As far as the injection goes there was a little pain. The staff was very efficient in their roles. Short wait. Not crowded. This is my first spine injection, overall I was impressed. I do wish they didn't ask leading questions. Like"does your left side feel worse than the right? Of course it does you just looked at my MRI. Instead of, "how painful is this condition and what are your goals as related to these symptoms?"”

“This was ny first time seeing Travis Hecker and I was immediately impressed. As a woman we are often treated differently when it comes to our health, especially if it involves pain and our symptoms downplayed or treated like its all in our head or if we'd just lose weight we'd be fine. As an RN though, I know how pagients SHOULD be treated. He quickly put me at ease with his friendly personality and in the 2 years I have been being treated for this back pain and being referred to multiple doctors, he is the first one to actually ask me to tell him about my pain and show him where it hurts most and make me feel like he was actually listening and make me feel I was really heard. In what I'm sure was a distraction technique to decrease anxiety and pain involved with the procedure, he kept me talking asking questions about me and my life but he made me feel like he was genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person not just a number on his case load. The procedure (cluneal nerve injections) was quick but I never felt like it was rushed and his technique was relatively painless only feeling the slight sting of the anesthetic that is expected. Praying these injections help but if they dont I feel I am in good hands to find something that will. Oh....and he let me pet his beautiful dog whuch just made my day! 10/10 would recommend!”

“Travis is the best. I am scared to death of needles especially one going into my cervical area. I am still trying to figure out how it was pretty much painless in my neck. I got off of the procedure table so excited that I actually had a CESI and I worked myself up over nothing. Great experience with Megan and Dr. Hecker. I am going to have Jessica give me a TPI in my lower back next.”
