“I see Dr Das in this building for pain management. I have a medical condition in my spine which cause excruciating pain and numbness. I don't take the pills that addicts want so there's no reason for the office staff to treat me like they did yesterday. The Dr himself is great but yall need to do something about his office staff. They are horrible human beings. I was treated like complete trash and told to just find another doctor. Why? Because I didn't receive their phone calls about him not being in the office for an appointment I had schedule 6 months in advance. I showed proof that I never received a phone call from them and was still called a liar. I over heard one of them say I was still on the schedule even after they said they had called me. I won't ever go back to any Beacon Dr after this. Beacon has a bad reputation and I can see why. I was hesitant when my Dr out of the SBC referred me to them but I went with it. I should have listened to my gut. Lesson learned.”
