Patient Testimonials

I had started with Dr. Khazi Nov 2nd 2023 when I went to office I was without care due to my Dr of 5 yrs office was closed by hospital. I told the office I was out of my script and had been without that substance that I took for 2 yrs. I hadn't had any procedures since may 2023 when the office closed. When I went for consultation I told nurse I felt I was detoxing from meds and did not feel great. Dr khazi prescribed a new regiment for me and I started that. By the 10th I called them saying I felt terrible. More side effects than benefits. They took me off this med and got me right in to change it up. Then a 2 wks later (1 mth since first visit) I go in. Nurse was rudely and obviously talking to front desk ab why I was there. This appt was scheduled by them and khazi asked to see me in 2 wks but nurse said when I approached desk, "we are trying to figure out why you are here bc we can't bill your insurance every two wks. I said I had a severe reaction so he wanted to see me back in 2 wks. So they finally took me back. I said I have a terrible rash and I am not sure why. Dr khazi said you are reacting to the meds still. Took me off all and put me on a steriod. It was Dec 14 now and I was finally feeling like myself. But pain from inflammation continued to increase while my condition was not managed. I get a text and call from my pharmacy saying Dr khazi called in my old script that I detoxed from in Oct but he only sent script for one pill. We've called them but it says their office is closed from 15th to 2nd of Jan. They did not get it fixed. Jan 2nd I called office as I asked in voicemail what date of my follow was that I lost card. No response to voicemail on 3rd... called but no answer 3rd. Called 4th no answer. Called 5th no answer and I left another voicemail upset stating I thought my doctor would want to see me after having 2 major reactions to medication. That maybe I need a new doctor. They never returned call and they've refused to forward my records or no response states that message. Do yourself a favor find a real specialist that cares about their patients wellbeing. More often than not you cannot talk to anyone and have to leave a vm. They did not respond to any messages. They botched the mri request and hospital had to ask them to fix it. They are not professional and they do not put the patient first.

I use to like Dr. Kazi, that until recently. Before I went on vacation I had 0 balance but when I came back my bill was over 400 dollars. I went to speak with the office about it and they absolutely refused and told me to call billing. Umm or not. I called my insurance company, because I was told my injection was covered which it technically wasn't. Which was never told to me. And this happened back in March but didn't get billed until recently. Not too mention you can't ever get anyone on the phone he's always short staffed and the staff he does have are lazy and rude. And he continuously wants to injection you and give you drugs. I don't even like to take my meds as it is. And I forgot to mention that I went for my appointment 1 day and the office was closed all because he was under staffed but didn't call his clients to inform them not to come and I was not the only client in the parking lot wondering what the heck. No I'm not mad about paying my bill. I'm mad about how when I went on vacation I had 0 balance and than ended up somehow having a over 400 dollar balance after returning from my trip. And not 1 person wanted to explain to me why. Besides saying call billing. I shouldn't have to your office should be able to answer these questions. And what makes me even more upset is the fact I was told the injection was covered and approved, not only discounted. That should have been explained to me before the injection. That injection was back in March and was sent to my insurance in June. Make that make sense. I had to find all this out by insurance company. Very frustrating and disappointing that I had to even leave a bad review. A simple request to answer my questions in person would have been helpful and much appreciated. Thats all I asked for. And considering the fact I was on the clock to come speak face to face about my bill and you and your staff couldn't even do that. And just an FYI I have never got upset about paying my bill ever. Thank you for your time Dr. KAZI which you'll probably ignore my email but respond to my review. Ps my insurance company has sent in an adjustment Have a wonderful rest of your week.

I started seeing Dr Kazi about 9 months ago. He listened to my issues and there are many! He came up with a plan, gave me options and then executed his plan pursuant to my wishes. After having back pain for 20 plus years, I finally have relief after a minimally invasive procedure was done. When there was a procedure I did not want, he listened and did not pressure me to get it done. When I had a severe migraine for days, he had me come to the office without an appointment and gave me a treatment that got me past the headache. I could not be happier with Dr. Kazi and his staff. Jamie and Emily are compassionate, caring and understanding, as is all of the Dr.'s staff. I have never had any issues with these guys. They have been a godsend.

I was referred to this guy, I was awaiting major surgery on my right ankle in October and saw him for pain management. His staff never returns phone calls, will not issue prescriptions without paying your bill in full, and several other issues. No matter what response he provides to this review I will never see him again. Save yourself a lot of headaches and find another doctor.
