“I had the misfortune of having an appointment with Dr. Rupert at this location. I proceeded to tell him my condition and I was very understanding that, in my particular situation, getting better or back to where I was probably is just not in the cards. After having several doctor visits, physical therapies, and a MRI this was a last ditch effort to seeing if I could ever be 100% again. I proceeded to ask him several questions because my condition is personal to me and can be debilitating at times. He seemed to be in a bit of a rush and proceeded to make fun of my questions and laugh at them with the nurse, saying "let me look at my crystal ball." He then asked if I understood the joke? It was very discouraging to me, as someone just wanting answers for my pain. I can't speak about the clinic itself, but I would not go to this doctor as he was not professional in the least.”

I got a letter in the mail and if I come on premises they will call the law. Been calling for 2 weeks and no response. I need to know who is top staff there over all of the center. “I'm celebrating 10 years of sobriety today. Most of you know me, but don't know my story... 18 years ago I was in a near fatal car accident. I got put on opioids for the pain, and was addicted within 1 week. I NEVER bought the opioids off the street, and they were ALL legally doctor prescribed. I was in active opioid addiction for 7.5 years. My pain specialist at that time had me on 10, Lortab 10's a day...
