“Arrived early for a cervical injection appointment and then not called to desk until 45 minutes after appointment time, just to collect the copay. Took copay and then I had to wait another 10 minutes to get vitals done and sign papers. Back to waiting room, waiting again for the previous patient to be finished, the room to be cleaned. I clearly explained that I have a pickup at 1:45pm, and all everyone can say is, "I understand". No obvious delays as other patients came in, had their procedure done and left. Did you forget about me? Or did you just ignore me, shuffling my chart to the bottom of the pile? I did observe that I was the only person of brown complexion in the waiting room on both days (initial visit and procedure visit). Maybe the reason. No you don't care, it's all about the money, the numbers, how many bodies can you do, not the patient's time. At no time did ANYONE says, we're running behind, this or that happened. And with others coming and going you were not behind by over an hour. I'm on time (early even) and when I'm ready to leave, now you're almost ready for me. By the time I'm in the Access A Ride car, they are calling me, asking me to come back inside that the doctor is ready for me (it's 1:27pm). How can you even justify having a new patient waiting an ***hour and 15 minutes*** AFTER their appointment time for their procedure? And think it's okay. No I don't recommend this practice/doctor. No I will never go back. Take your pain elsewhere, to someone who will respect your time. **I will never write a bad review unless you deserve it. And I waited 24hrs before doing so.”
