“Extremely disappointing experience. I waited almost two hours past my appointment time, only to see the doctor for less than five minutes -- most of the visit was handled by a nurse practitioner. The treatment did nothing, and no real effort was made to diagnose my issue; I had to ask for X-rays and a referral myself. The billing felt shady and misleading. I was told to make a one-time $200 payment to cover future visits, but when I returned, they demanded another $160, claiming it was a "mistake." This could've easily been communicated before I came in, instead of wasting my time. Overall, the office felt disorganized, uncaring, and dishonest. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.”
