“Avoid this company at all costs if you have a choice. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and deceptive. While I was in the hospital they had me sign paperwork, assuring me that they would bill my insurance. However, they never followed through, leaving me with unexpected and unjust financial bill, easy enough to pay, but frustrating to say the least. Their lack of transparency and accountability is deeply concerning, and their customer service offers little to no assistance in resolving these issues. I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this company, as their practices feel misleading and unethical. I would not give them a star if given the option.”

“I was a patient for almost 6 months. I am still paying $$$$ another 18 months to their finance company, I was due a refund of $$$ but Albert never credited or refunded that amount and does not return my calls, I felt after talking to patients that it was a cookie cutter solution to all problems with the same high cost. The positive is the staff is great. I felt in the 6 months that there was a lot of staff turnover however. I know that medical facilities can not guarantee an outcome but for $$$$ it should be more personalized care to address the patients progress and give more than 5 minutes of chiropractic care. You may have better luck checking your local chiropractor first that can give you adjustments for $$ than investing $$$$. You can take your chance here but it's after you are locked into a $$$$ contract and no matter how the treatment progresses you are locked in financially,”
