Patient Testimonials
“Zero compassion. As another person mentioned. Billing is whack. Sent an invoice for $36 that was covered by insurance. EMA is now claiming $360 and submitted to Collection Agency. I called to try to discuss and was told to call the collection agency. If you are going to get persuaded out having surgery you better not still become a long term pain of mine... thanks for nothing EMA.”

“First of all, the doctor was excellent. However, I called 10-12 times, left a message to see if LNI was approved, and Never received a call back... I went in 1 1/2 hours early. The receptionist called the main office and found out 20 minutes later that I was approved. This is a serious problem. They also bill for a No-Show even when they don't answer their phones or return calls”

“Dr. Kashif Saeed is an outstanding physician who has made a life-changing difference in my journey with back pain. At Electrodiagnosis and Musculoskeletal Associates of Puget Sound, his expertise and compassionate care stood out from the moment I walked into the clinic. Dr. Saeed has treated my back pain with steroid injections and ablation therapy. His approach was thorough--he took the time to explain each step of the treatment, answer my questions, and ensure I felt confident and comfortable before, during and after treatments. The treatments reduced my pain and improved my quality of life. Dr. Saeed's precision and dedication to his patients are remarkable. It's clear that he is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about helping people regain their mobility and live pain-free. Each visit to the clinic my experiences with their entire team have always been professional, kind, and efficient. Appointments were easy to schedule, and the environment was welcoming and supportive. If you're dealing with chronic pain and seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate provider, I highly recommend Dr. Kashif Saeed and his team. Thank you, Dr. Saeed!”

“Don't get me wrong, the Dr. Was Excellent. It was for the receptionists that this review is poorly rated. The first thing I noticed is that the waiting room had old delapitated furniture and there was a lot of giggling behind the counter. I was properly greeted and given direction on how to use the code for the restroom. On my return, I noticed that the waiting room was pretty full. Now, after I had been sitting in the waiting room for 42 minutes-one of the receptionists called my first name and said "the Dr. Is running behind and the people next to you will be going next so if you want to reschedule you can." First, I took off work so I could be seen which means unlike her in her customer service based position, I was not getting paid to wait. I should not out of courtesy had to wait 45 minutes to find out that I was possibly going to have to reschedule, and if I was seen today that I would be thrust into rush hour traffic for my 45 minute drive home. More giggling and then the antics (the heavyset blonde- peeking over her monitor & quietly whispering amongst mainly her and 1 other receptionist, along with sideways glances followed by more giggling until the blonde gal finally turned off her computer and left for home. At that time all was quiet but it was too late to salvage any attempts at respectable relations apparently because when I went to the counter to make my follow up appointment, the 2nd receptionist (heavyset Spanish gal) started to come to the counter and then took 2 steps in reverse, smiling with her head down. So subsequently the main receptionist (dark skin h/w/p gal whom had also helped me with the bathroom code earlier) helped to scheduled my next visit at their other location (thank goodness). It was unfortunately not the only instance in witness of this poor receptionist behavior, my prior visit with my boyfriend whom was in attendance with me weeks before truly left a bitter impression for him as well. The reception staff should be trained that the patients are not there for their amusement and should be treated with the utmost respect because YOUR BUSINESS DEPENDS ON IT. I just left feeling disappointed, hurt, and bullied. It's your decision if you want to go here, best of luck.”
