Patient Testimonials

I've seeing Dr. T since 2019 and was dismissed yesterday for running 5 mins late outside of their 10 min grace period. I'm a type one diabetic and blood sugar had dropped into the 30s so I had to stop for juice. I will say I struggled getting to my last appt and rescheduled bc of issues with my own heath or my daughters but paid the fees tacked on necessary to continue seeing them. There were PLENTY of times my script was not sent in on the proper day and I had to call 2-3 days in a row before it was (human error that could easily send their patients into withdrawals) My urine screen was lost at my last appt. I'd written both off as the nature of running a busy office. So expect to give them grace but receive none. Dr T himself is an angel and on the rare occasion I would see him for appts he'd often spend close to an hour with me (occasionally just chatting about business ideas). Out of the PAs, Haley had always been a pleasure. Titus and his previous office manager Tammy were wonderful. My best theory it was a change in office staff over the course of the 5 years I've been his patient. However, you don't find much empathy in healthcare anymore but at one point his office had it.

I do not go here, but I did take my mom there yesterday! Was in the office a total of almost 4 hours just to have a 20, minute procedure done. She kept asking when they was gonn come get her after been put in a room, the staff laughed and kept telling her it would be 5 minutes and I over heard the staff saying they were stupid it would be much longer then that! The doctor seems great, but the staff is horrible. They made my mom feel like she was nothing. They should definitely consider getting some new staff cause the doctor is awesome and he's nothing like them! Only one girl is their was friendly, which is Brittney! She was awesome! :) give her & the doc 5 stars but the staff, I wouldn't give them a half of a star. If you don't enjoy your job and can't be nice to patients, then you should consider finding somewhere else that's behind closed doors that doesn't work with the public. I'm sure y'all wouldn't like being treated like yall treat other patients!

I like how Ted was listening to what I had to say and help me find the problem and his staff was nice

Tammy Cantrell

He seemed like a nice person (for the 5 mins. I saw him) but his staff is not competent. You will not receive call backs from the nurse practitioner. They do not do what they say they will do. I did everything asked of me, I had 3 office visits. Then the office person said no prescriptions for 10 days because it took that long to get the results from the urine screening. Nothing made sense.
